Jay came to American Home Water with a wealth of construction related experience. Jay has been working in the construction industry for most of his life since his father owns Heitkamp Construction. Jay has excellent customer relations skills and his attention to detail is unsurpassed. He has been a family friend of Tom Knapp, co-founder of American Home Water, for almost 10 years. He has previously managed a team of 28 installers for Ultimate Electronics where he was responsible for installations of audio- video related equipment for both residential and commercial environments. We at American Home Water feel very fortunate to have Jay as a member of our team. He has greatly expanded our ability to handle the growth we have experienced as a result of our focus on the internet and our referrals from over forty thousand customers
